We began the journey with Safraline, a molecular derivation of saffron and then composed a poem around it, bringing together ingredients of the highest quality such as the essence of pepperwood and curcuma, the finest coriander, the most luxurious geranium. Adding amber for its colour, and incense and patchouli for their ritualistic significance and many other ingredients to create the imaginary smell of gold The process was by its very nature arbitrary, ruled by the senses.
